What a fabulous spark! I really resonated with the notions of having to practice, and that we might be patient and compassionate with ourselves. The fear that might arise can be so strong, but as you so beautifully put, if we have faith that this is purpose—to be in our own life, to take control of what we can, then I think we can ground ourselves in true contentment, and even joy! And not just swim in pleasure, although a little healthy pleasure everyday does help, I think ☺️
