Thank you, Taylor, for your inspiring sparks. I so agree with you about action versus speech, that’s how you measure a human being by what he accomplishes and not by his speeches. Nevertheless, about pain, I would like to add that growth doesn’t always come with pain and struggle, not if you’re aligned with yourself and work with passion, exhaustion will be there for sure but joy and satisfaction for what you do will in fact be your road companions rather than pain. Lots of love.
Thanks, Geraldine, and here's to a successful 2025! I really appreciate all your valuable insights.
Regarding the pain of growth, I view it as a catalyst. It's like how gym-goers know that building muscle requires stressing them first. 'No pain, no gain' isn't the only way to grow, but it definitely resonates with me. Like you mentioned, there are many paths to growth--like finding satisfaction. Reminds me of a post-it note I have in my office that says, 'Where you find satisfaction, you'll find motivation.'
I'd love to hear more about how you align with your passions.
When I'm aligned with myself, love flowds inside of me and everything becomes possible, I feel free and at peace, eager to live every minute of my day. Writing is my passion and there's nothing that brings me more joy than writing stories except for when I give guidance to my coachees as I am also a Life Coach.
Thank you so much for sharing. I’ll definitely check it out. It would be amazing if you’d consider doing a guest Spark sometime. Let me know what you think!
It feels good to start the year with Spark ⚡️ Your emphasis on action is inspiring - from talk and dreaming to actual real world movement, that would be a powerful shift for me. (And thanks for a little bit of Bruce in this Spark!)
Mostly, thanks for your effort. Wishing you a stellar year!✨

Hi Taylor,

The pain of growth should always win out.
